New functionality improves in-app parking payments for international drivers just in time for the busy European summer season. - Planet, a global leader in integrated payment solutions, has today announced the launch of Electronic Dynamic Currency Conversion (eDCC) within its Mobile Software Development Kit (SDK) for parking operators. This new capability delivers a frictionless, familiar and more convenient payment experience for international drivers as they can now choose to pay for their parking using the currency of their card directly within the app.

Brussels Airport Invests Heavily in the Future of the Airport

Brussels Airport plans significant investments in the airport infrastructure in the coming years. The project features the construction of a new intermodal hub, an expansion of the departure and arrival hall, a new hotel, a new drop-off zone, and a green boulevard with a park. This ambitious project signifies the dawn of the airport's third era, representing its largest investment in 30 years, since the completion of the current terminal and Pier B in the 1990s.

LG Exits EV Charging Market After Three-Year Foray, Shifts Focus to Core Technologies

LG Electronics has decided to discontinue its electric vehicle (EV) charging operations just three years after entering the sector. The move is part of what the company describes as a broader "strategic realignment" amid sluggish market growth and heightened competition, according to a report by Azernews. The tech giant announced on Tuesday that it will wind down its EV charger business, which was handled by its Eco Solution (ES) division. A company spokesperson noted that the decision reflects LG’s effort to adapt to a shifting business landscape.

IP Parking has successfully completed the first phase installation of its Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) at Charleston International Airport (CHS), South Carolina’s largest and busiest airport.
